Cigar & Bourbon Events Community Guidelines

Welcome to the Cigar & Bourbon Events ticketing and registration platform (“Platform”). The community guidelines outlined below (“Guidelines”) are designed to ensure a positive and respectful experience for all users of our Platform, which is owned and operated by Cigar & Bourbon Events LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using our Platform, you agree to abide by these Guidelines. Failure to comply may result in the suspension or termination of your account. Respectful Behavior

a. Be Courteous: Treat other users, event organizers, and Company staff with respect and courtesy. Engage in constructive and polite discussions and avoid personal attacks, harassment, or discriminatory language.

b. No Offensive Content: Do not post or share content that is offensive, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or violates the rights of others. This includes content that promotes violence, hatred, discrimination, or illegal activities.

c. Intellectual Property Rights: Respect the intellectual property rights of others. Do not post or share copyrighted materials, trademarks, or any content that infringes upon the rights of others without permission.

Relevant and Appropriate Content

a. Stay on Topic: Contribute to discussions and share content that is relevant to Cigar & Bourbon events, ticketing, registration, and related topics. Avoid posting unrelated or spammy content.

b. No Advertising or Promotions: Do not use our Platform for commercial purposes, including advertising, self-promotion, or solicitation. Unauthorized advertising or promotional activities will be removed.

c. User-Generated Content: If you share content (such as reviews, comments, or photos) on our Platform, ensure that it is accurate, lawful, and respectful. You are solely responsible for the content you post.

Compliance with Laws and Policies

a. Compliance with Applicable Laws: Use our Platform in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. This includes but is not limited to compliance with age restrictions for the purchase and consumption of tobacco and alcoholic products.

b. Compliance with Platform Policies: Familiarize yourself with and adhere to our Platform’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Statement, and any other policies or guidelines provided by Company.

Reporting Violations

If you encounter any content or behavior that violates these Guidelines or if you believe someone is engaging in inappropriate or harmful activities on our Platform, please report it to Company. We appreciate your assistance in maintaining a safe and positive community.

Enforcement

a. Investigation and Actions: Company reserves the right to investigate reported violations and take appropriate actions, including removing content, issuing warnings, suspending or terminating accounts, and cooperating with law enforcement authorities if necessary.

b. Content Moderation: Company may moderate user-generated content on our Platform to ensure compliance with these Guidelines and other policies. However, Company is not responsible for monitoring all content and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-generated content.

Changes to the Community Guidelines

Company reserves the right to update or modify these Guidelines at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Platform. Your continued use of our Platform after the posting of revised Guidelines constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
