Liability Waiver, Assumption of Risk & Media Release

By purchasing a ticket to and/or attending Smoke en Blanc at Smoke City Cigar Lounge, located at 100 Woolsey Rd, Hampton, GA 30228, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that attendance at this event may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to exposure to cigar smoke, alcohol consumption, crowded environments, outdoor conditions, and related activities. I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with attending the event.

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Smoke City Cigar Lounge, LLC, Elegant Global Collective, LLC, and their respective owners, officers, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, illness, loss, damage, or death that may occur during or as a result of my attendance, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I further grant permission to Smoke City Cigar Lounge and Elegant Global Collective, LLC to photograph, record, or otherwise capture my likeness, voice, and appearance in photographs, video, or other media during the event. I authorize the use of such media for promotional, marketing, social media, advertising, and commercial purposes, in any medium now known or later developed, without compensation or further approval.

I agree to attend at my own risk, accept responsibility for my actions and personal property, and comply with all event rules, venue policies, and applicable laws.

Guests who choose to consume alcohol do so responsibly and at their own risk.
