Guests will enjoy the first opportunity to taste and purchase Wake Robin Tawny Port Finished Bourbon, a carefully crafted blend finished in freshly imported Tawny Port casks from Portugal’s Douro Valley. Designed to complement the rich character of the port barrels, this 4 to 7 year blend of straight bourbons showcases depth, balance, and nuance. The whiskey enters the Tawny Port barrels at 100 proof and is harvested after six months of finishing, then bottled without additional processing, exactly as it leaves the barrel.

Wake Robin Tawny Port Finished Bourbon opens with aromas of dried fruit, toffee, nuts, earthy spice, black pepper, caramel, leather, and cinnamon. On the palate, notes of cherry, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, clove, and chocolate unfold, finishing with pepper, caramel, and a medium tannin structure.

Light snacks will be provided, and Trillium owner JC Tetreault will guide guests through the Wake Robin series, offering insight into the philosophy, process, and craftsmanship behind each release. This is a rare opportunity to experience Wake Robin in a personal, behind the scenes setting before this bourbon becomes available more broadly.
